Return Eligibility

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Clear unboxing photos/videos may be requested for verification.

What Is Covered

  • Damaged product received.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Defective print quality due to production error.

What Is Not Covered

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences.
  • Damage caused by misuse after delivery.
  • Custom orders where the uploaded photo/design was provided by customer and produced correctly.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Bank/UPI settlement time can vary by payment provider.
