Return Eligibility
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Clear unboxing photos/videos may be requested for verification.
What Is Covered
- Damaged product received.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Defective print quality due to production error.
What Is Not Covered
- Minor color variation due to screen differences.
- Damage caused by misuse after delivery.
- Custom orders where the uploaded photo/design was provided by customer and produced correctly.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
- Bank/UPI settlement time can vary by payment provider.
